The runner
In Side Event Sprint a round purple cat with two pointy ears, two tiny fangs and permanent blush runs Sep 29 → Oct 6, dodging calendar invites and a DM that just says “hop on a call?”. In Rooftop Hop it bounces up the skyline, because Open is at the top.
The coin
Seven days of side events. One runner. No sleep. The community named it Moncat and decided a cat that survives Token2049 week deserves its own ticker. $MONCAT was born: no roadmap, just rings.

No. $MONCAT is a fan-made community memecoin. It is not created, endorsed or affiliated with Monad, the Monad Foundation or any of its affiliates. Moncat is a tribute to the mascot from the Open Arcade.
Are these the original games?
No. The games on this page are community remakes inspired by Side Event Sprint and Rooftop Hop. The originals live on open.monad.xyz/arcade, where scores count for the official leaderboard.
Why not embed the official games directly?
Monad's arcade tells browsers not to load it inside other websites (a standard security setting). That's why every “Official version” button opens their site in a new tab instead.
